Go On and Be Angry…

But you already know this.

It’s crucial still to keep in mind that if the anger controls you, it can be harsh on your physical health, your mental wellness, and, therefore, your life.

Our new way of being, that state into which we are growing, asks that we be aware and mature enough to take responsibility for ourselves. This includes paying attention to the capacity to react negatively or not.

So choose not.

Anger can empower you, and yet it can equally destroy you. Be empowered.
