The Women

Yesterday, thinking of Stevie Wonder’s love music, I mused, “Is he only envisioning a woman? Or is he expressing a passion for everything?” 

For me, the lines are blurred since the writer’s spirit overflows with an unstoppable love. Personally, I have only noticed women as I have become in tune with the love inside of me. It took years for me to truly see the divinity in my mother, my sisters, my wife, my daughter, and all the women with whom I’ve been in touch, whether during my dating days, those who worked for/with me, or women who serve humanity in countless ways now and throughout history.

I am now so very humbled by your presence. I did not see you. Because I didn’t see me. As I grow in my awareness of the beauty of Everything, I see with eyes of wonder.
